Our hospital guest house is a safe, supportive and affordable lodging program for patients of all ages, families and caregivers. Our supportive environment encourages rest, recovery and respite while patients receive medical care far from home.
HavenHouse St. Louis exists because we want to empower every patient and their families to focus on their health and well-being by providing services and support when it is needed most.
The Referral Process
We are proud to offer accomodations to patients, families and caregivers traveling 50 or more miles from home to St. Louis for medical reasons.
All referrals must be completed and submitted by an authorized representative from the St. Louis-based medical facility.
HavenHouse St. Louis books reservations by referral only.
Qualifications
After your referral is received our reservations team will verify the availability for the requested reservation, complete our Safe Environment Eligibilty Qualification (SEEQ) screening on all guests 18 and older. Once you have been approved for lodging, we will reach out and finalize your reservation.
Referral forms must be submitted by a social worker or the patient’s physician’s office. Referrals completed by patients or their families will not be accepted. All guests staying at HavenHouse St. Louis, including patients, family members, and caregivers, are subject to the Safe Environment Eligibility Qualification (SEEQ) Guidelines.

When you arrive, use the front parking lot - a luggage cart is available, upon check-in.
Doorbells are located at both front doors, shown in the image with a red bell icon.
Front and rear lots are available for guest parking, wheelchair accessible ramp is in the front lot.

HavenHouse St. Louis offers 10 guest rooms and 2 spacious two-bedroom apartments. Our day room is mean for those needing to rest, recover and recharge between appointments.

Day Room
The Evelyn Hart Day Room is dedicated to providing a place to recharge, relax and refresh between appointments – this single occupancy space has a private bathroom an a single bed.
Booking slots are available 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, daily.
Guests of the day room are welcome to use the laundry facilities and have access to a full kitchen.
Referred day room guests must meet all of the same requirements as overnight guests including the Safe Environment Eligibility Qualification(SEEQ) guidelines and travelling 50 or more miles to St. Louis for medical reasons.
We do not allow overnight guests in this room.
