Kevin Moore
Kevin joined the HavenHouse St. Louis Board of Directors in 2024. He previously served as the Vice President of the Young Professionals Board after joining in 2019. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Kevin holds the position of Vice President at Asset Consulting Group, where he has worked since he graduated from college.Outside of work, he enjoys trying new restaurants, playing golf, running, working out, volunteering at local non-profit organizations, and cheering for the Cardinals, Blues, and STL City. He also serves on the Board of the CFA Society of St. Louis, where he leads the sponsorship efforts for their various events.Kevin was born and raised in St. Louis and discovered HavenHouse through his research in local non-profits. He is excited to further HavenHouse’s mission and contribute to this great cause.

Ashley Nelson
Ashley is an innovative, results driven leader. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at American Industrial Transport – AITX, she supports domestic and global business initiatives by executing people focused programs and practices to achieve the organization’s goals. Ashley is dedicated to modernizing and transforming the HR function which is fueled by her passion of continuous improvement and influencing organizational change. Ashley has nearly two decades of HR experience in the rail and manufacturing industries.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University, a master’s degree from Lindenwood University, is PHR and SHRM-CP certified, and recently received her certificate in Executive Compensation from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on multiple boards including: HR Executive Network of Greater St. Louis as their Membership Director, the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries as the 2024 Board Chair, and HavenHouse St. Louis. Last year, she became a #1 International Best-Selling Author.
Ashley lives in Kirkwood, Missouri with her husband and two children. She and her husband own a real estate investment business named after their two sons, Henry and Harrison. When not at the baseball fields or soccer park, they enjoy traveling the globe experiencing new cultures and food.
Brad Burns
Brad joined the HavenHouse board in February of 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri – Columbia and his Executive Master of International Business from Saint Louis University in 2009. He currently owns and operates four different companies in the Saint Louis area: Wayne Contracting, Meramec Hardscapes, Vizex, and City Seafood. He also owns commercial real estate in the Saint Louis area. Brad resides in Kirkwood, MO with his wife, Sara, and their 5 children Chloe, Drew, Connor, Ryan, and Maggie.
Tom Hicks
Tom joined the Board in July 2016. He graduated from Illinois State University where he majored in Business Information Systems and Finance. In 2002, he joined Edward Jones and is currently a Director in their technology division responsible for Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Fee-Based processing. Tom and his wife, Hollie, reside in St. Peters with their two sons.
Tom’s first introduction to HavenHouse occurred while he lived in Phoenix, Arizona and a friend’s daughter needed a medical procedure. After much research, they were referred to a doctor in St. Louis and the hospital referred them to HavenHouse. The amenities offered by HavenHouse were exactly what they needed during their visit.
Katie Goldberg
Katie currently serves as a Project Executive and Principal at IMEG, a nationally-ranked Building Engineering Consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa. As a licensed Structural Engineer, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the construction industry, having been in the field for 18 years.
Beyond professional achievements, Katie is a proud parent of two girls and serves as the Girl Scout Troop Co-leader for her oldest daughter’s troop. She is also an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers, and has a hobby side-business of making decorated cookies for clients throughout the St. Louis area.
Andrew Genetti
Andrew joined the HavenHouse St. Louis Board in October 2025 after serving as President of the Young Professionals Board. He is currently Sr. Channel Sales Manager at DOOR, where he oversees channel partner relationships across North America.
A proud graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia (MIZ), Andrew lives in Glendale with his wife, Kelly, and their son, August.
Andrew began working with HavenHouse in 2023 to help expand access to the world-class healthcare available in St. Louis. As a person living with Type 1 diabetes, he has experienced firsthand the exceptional care provided by the region’s healthcare community and is passionate about helping families from around the globe benefit from these resources through HavenHouse.
Anne Feeney
Anne Feeney is Assistant Vice President of Global Sales for Enterprise Mobility. Feeney manages Enterprise Mobility’s largest strategic target base of customers.

Anne began her career with the company in 1994 as an Account Manager for National Car Rental and was soon promoted to Director of District Sales. In 2009, she became the Strategic Sales Director for South Central, and in 2018, was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Strategic Sales for South Central. Two years later, Anne was promoted to her current role as Assistant Vice President of Global Sales. Anne just celebrated her 30th anniversary with Enterprise Mobility.
Shawn Dryden
Shawn serves as the president and CEO of Ranken Jordan where he is responsible for all inpatient and outpatient operations and strategy and the continued success of the 60-bed hospital that has cared for children with medical complexities since 1941. Ranken Jordan is an independent post-acute care hospital focused on caring for children with medical complexities.
Shawn joined Ranken Jordan Jan. 1, 2023. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience, inclusive of leadership positions at BJC HealthCare, Hospital Sister’s Health System, and SSM Health. During his tenure with BJC HealthCare, Shawn held several leadership positions at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, including strategic and operational responsibility for key clinical service lines and development of the organization’s master facility plan. He led the design and construction team through phase I of the plan that included a $49.8M, 150,000 sq. ft. addition that housed a new oncology center, emergency department, cardiac and vascular inpatient services, and ortho/neuro/spine inpatient services. In 2008, Shawn joined Sacred Heart Hospital (a member of Hospital Sister’s Health System) in Eau Claire, Wis. There, he had responsibility for the strategic development and operational performance of all tertiary care services across the division’s two hospitals.
Most recently, Shawn served at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital as the vice president for pediatric and maternal ambulatory services. Under his leadership, Cardinal Glennon established new subspecialty centers to drive growth and improve access to care in south county, north county, and the metro east. He was instrumental in the launch of Cardinal Glennon’s Complex Medical Care program, which provides outpatient-based, comprehensive care coordination that addresses the entire continuum of clinical and community care needs of patients and their families. In addition, Shawn helped shape and develop STARS (Special needs Tracking Awareness Response System). STARS is the first program of its kind in the country designed to improve emergency care for children with medical complexities. The program trains EMS personnel on emergency care plans tailored to a child’s unique needs so that when an emergency arises upon discharge from the hospital, EMS teams are prepared to provide the very best patient care.
Shawn earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan. He resides in St. Louis with his wife and three children.
Zach Warner
Zach is a commercial insurance broker for employee benefits at AssuredPartners. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University in Memphis where he played basketball and met his now wife. Zach was born in Kansas City but raised here in St Louis and now lives in Webster Groves with his wife, Kelly, one-year-old son, Hayes, and has a baby girl on the way. Zach is very excited to bring his hunger and passion to help further the mission of HavenHouse St Louis.
Glenn J. Sartori
Former President of the HavenHouse Board and Board member since inception. He is retired from McDonnell Douglas/Boeing in the Engineering Electronic Design and Engineering Management Departments after 40 years with the company. He has a Bachelor of Science and Masters from St. Louis University in Electrical Engineering. His second career is writing. He is a published author, having written college textbooks, mystery novels, and memoirs. He is married to Rosanne Sartori and lives in West St. Louis County.
Virginia McDowell
Virginia joined the board in January 2010. From July 2007 to April 2016, Virginia served as president and chief operating officer for Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Among the top ten publicly traded gaming corporations, she is the only female president and chief operating officer. Her proven leadership experience in both regional and destination markets is coupled with success in the areas of operations, information technology, business development, and marketing. Virginia spent sixteen years working in the Atlantic City market before joining Argosy Gaming Company in Alton, Ill. as a member of the turnaround management team. From 2005 through 2007, Virginia served as executive vice president and chief information officer for Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc.
Virginia’s leadership extends outside the office as well, serving as the founding board chair and president of Gilda’s Club St. Louis, a board member at Churchill Center & School, as well as a member of the St. Louis Regional Business Council and Executive Advisory Board of the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University. Virginia previously filled the role of president for the AMC Cancer Research Center and was a recipient of the agency’s award for her contributions to the cancer community. She was also a founding member of Winning Women, a partnership with the St. Louis County Economic Council. A 1980 graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Virginia also serves as a member of Temple’s Presidents Advisory Board and she is a member of the St. Louis University Board of Trustees. She is currently president and chairwoman of Global Gaming Women, a development program to mentor emerging female gaming leaders.
Ron Hofmeister
Ron joined the Board in 2013. Ron was Executive Vice President of Medicine Shoppe International, responsible for global operations of 1300 pharmacies in the U.S. and 10 other countries, until his retirement in 2002. He served in myriad capacities during his 31-year tenure there, as MSI grew from a small private company to public ownership in 1983, and then acquired by Cardinal Health in 1995.
In 2003, Ron became the 8th member elected to Chain Pharmacy’s Retail Excellence Hall of Honors. He has served on the National Board of Representatives of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, as well as the St. Louis LLS Board, the AMC Cancer Board, and others.
Being a pharmacist, (U. of MN.) he has served on numerous pharmacy professional Boards including the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, the American Pharmacists Association, and representing Missouri in the national House of Delegates.
In 2013, at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York, Cardinal Timothy Dolan inducted Ron as a Knight, in the very prestigious Order of Malta of the Roman Catholic Church.
Currently, he is Chairman Emeritus of the STL College of Pharmacy, Vice Chairman of the ASC Foundation, and Stewardship Chairman at St. Anselm Parish.
Ron, and his wife Pat, who is also very active in philanthropic organizations, have 3 adult children, and 3 grandchildren, and enjoy all sporting and theatre events, as well as extensive travel.
