What do I need to bring to Check-In?

All guests over the age of 18 will need to provide a valid and current photo ID

Payment for your stay will be taken at this time. We accept credit or debit cards and cash. If paying by cash, we ask that you bring the exact amount due as we do not keep cash on site.

Guests with vehicles will need to provide the license plate and Year, Make/Model and Color of their vehicle.

Smoking anywhere other than the designated smoking area to the east of the house.

Possession or use of alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana or prescriptions.

Pets or emotional support animals – service animals (ADA) are allowed.

Loitering or trespassing and harassment or intimidation of other guests or staff

Theft or misuse and damage of HavenHouse St. Louis property.
Who can I bring with me?
- Visitors are any individual that is not staying overnight at HavenHouse St. Louis and must be approved prior to your arrival under the Safe Environment Eligibility Qualification policy.
- Patients, families and caregivers of all ages are welcome to stay at HavenHouse St. Louis however, guest room and building occupancy limitations do apply to all accommodations.
What is the cost to stay?
- Our standard room rate is $65 per night. The apartment rate is $120 per night .
